Admin Officer

  • Supervises the performance of duties of Administrative Assistants and ensures all are done in accordance with the set policies and procedures of the bank.
  • Facilitates immediate resolution of issues, concerns, and requests of the branches in coordination with the other departments.
  • Reviews all reportorial requirements as to timeliness and accuracy.
  • Reviews the output of Administrative Assistants and ensures its accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitors and assists branches in complying with Internal Audit Findings.
  • Handles user access management of branch personnel to Information Management System.
  • Monitors compliance of branches to minimum conduct of unannounced cash count.
  • Handles the petty cash fund and replenishments of the department.
  • Attends to the issues and concerns of Administrative Assistants in terms of employment and inter-personal relationship within the organization.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

  • With a 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or other related courses.

AML Compliance Officer

Lucena City
  • Checks the details of the reported covered transaction reports (CTRs) of branches;
  • Consolidation of CTRs from branches for submission to the AMLC;
  • Prepares the suspicious transaction report;
  • Coordinates with branches on reported CTRs/STRs;
  • Conducts monthly CTR Analysis and preparation of reports thereof.
  • A graduate of a four-year bachelor degree in Accounting, Management, Accounting, or its equivalent;
  • Has attended seminars/trainings or refresher courses related to AML matters conducted either by the bank or by the AMLC and has clear understanding on AML rules, laws and regulations.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal);
  • Good analytical and/or strategic thinking;
  • Good judgement and good attention to details;
  • Has sufficient knowledge on customer due diligence or KYC protocols.
Assistant Branch Manager

  • Reports and communicates with the Branch Manager regarding all branch operations concerns and activities at least once a week, or whenever necessary;
  • Takes full responsibility of the overall operation of the branch, and shall be equally answerable with the Branch Manager for occurrences or incidents that will affect adversely or otherwise the branch;
  • Assists the Branch Manager in the creation and implementation of a long-term business plan to ensure the continuity of business operations in the long run.
  • With experience in operations, preferably gained from banking, credit union, finance, and similar industries;

Branch Manager

  • Develops, implements, and executes strategic business and marketing plans for the branch to ensure continuity of business operations and attainment of set targets.
  • Establishes productive and professional relationships with bank clients and the community it serves.
  • Ensures that all policies and procedures of the bank are properly implemented and adhered to, putting importance on internal control measures and systems.
  • Conducts periodic review of overall operation of the branch to monitor the result of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual performance.
  • With extensive experience in sales and marketing, preferably gained from banking, lending institutions, finance and similar industries.
  • With 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar business courses.
  • With supervisory/managerial experience.

Branch Services Officer

  • Assists the Branch Manager in overall operations & achievement of targets.
  • Supervises and monitors cash operations.
  • Serves as files and properties custodian.
  • Processes FOREX and remittance transaction.
  • Prepares reports and performs other administrative tasks related to treasury.
  • Graduate of any 4-year business related courses
  • With supervisorial experience gained from banking, credit union, finance, and similar industries an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Applications.
  • Must have keen analytical skills.

Cash Operations Officer

  • Assist the Cash Operations and Control Supervisor in daily treasury operation.
  • Acts as a reliever to the branches as a Branch Services Officer.
  • Acts as an assistant Department Trainer for general orientation of newly hired employees and in-house training and development of the department.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
  • With a 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or other related courses.
  • With adequate customer service orientation and experience.
  • Supervisory and related work experience is an advantage.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information, thereby safeguarding the bank’s integrity.
  • Has strong analytical skills and attention to details.

Company Driver

Lucena City
  • Responsible for transporting materials, equipment, and staff of the Bank to the areas where they are required.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of company vehicles.
  • At least High School Graduate of College Undergraduate.
  • With professional driver’s license.
  • Familiar with the routes in Quezon, Batangas, Laguna, and Manila.
  • Capable of driving different type of vehicles, including but not limited to pick-up trucks and vans.
GL Bookkeeper

Cainta
  • Ensures the accuracy and correctness of all transactions, reports, and records of the branch.
  • Maintains accurate subsidiary ledgers of deposits, loans, premises, equipment, supplies, prepaid expenses, receivables, payables, and other assets.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting, BSBA, or other related courses.
  • Related work experience gained from banking, finance, and similar industries an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
  • Data entry skills along with a good command of numbers.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to details.
Loan Specialist

  • Processes loan Applications and Conducts front line credit assessment.
  • Provides recommendations to loan applicants according to pre-determined credit criteria in accordance with BSP standard.
  • Addresses client inquiries in coordination with the head office if necessary.
